How do I offer help to my caregiver?

As a supporter, there are two ways to take something off your caregiver's plate:

Respond to a request

When your caregiver requests help, you'll see it under your Alerts tab as Needed soon. Tap Show Details to review it, then confirm with "I GOT THIS" to accept. The event is automatically added to both of your calendars, and your caregiver is notified. Not able to help this time? Tap Maybe Next Time to pass. Once you accept, the request moves to Confirmed on your Tasks tab.

You can also find open requests from your Home screen: supporters see a Ways to Support section with a See Urgent Requests card, a shortcut straight to anything currently needed.

Offer help proactively

Don't wait for an ask. Tap Offer Help on your Home screen (under Ways to Support) to offer something specific (a meal, a visit, a grocery run) with a date and time. Your caregiver sees the offer in their Alerts and can accept or decline with one tap, no awkward conversation needed.

You can also Send Encouragement from the same Ways to Support section: a quick kind message or note of support, no coordination required.

Where to find it: open Care Tools (from Tracker, if you're a caregiver/care recipient, or right on Home if you're an organizer/supporter) and look for View Offers and Requests for a combined view of everything open.
