What is the CMS GUIDE Program?

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) created the GUIDE program (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) to:

Improve quality of life for people living with dementia
Reduce strain on their unpaid caregivers
Enable people living with dementia to remain in their home and communities as long as possible
