How do I find my past logs and chats? (Care log history)

Care log history keeps every Quick log entry and iana™ conversation in one searchable place, so you don't have to hold it all in your head.

Where to find it: tap View care log history on the Tracker, choose View chat history from the iana™ chat menu, or tap the History icon in the chat header. (Available to caregivers and care recipients.)

Finding an entry

Your history lists everything newest-first, with the date, type (Quick log or Chat with iana), and a short summary. Type in the Search logs box to filter as you type, by keyword, date, or type.

• Tap a Quick log entry to review it, edit it, or delete it.
• Tap a chat to reopen the conversation with iana™ and pick it back up.

To delete an entry, use the ⋯ menu on the entry (web) or press and hold it (mobile). Deleting can't be undone.

Everything in your care log is private to you.
