How do I remove myself from a team?

On Web

Purpose: Leave a team using a desktop or web browser.

Steps

1. Sign in to the web app.

2. Open the team you want to leave by choosing it in the team selector in the upper right.

3. Click on "<patient's> Team" immediate to the left of the team selector then select Manage Team. 

4. Click on ... next to your name and select Leave Team.

5. Confirm when prompted.

Result

You are removed from the team and will no longer see its requests, posts, messages, or updates.

On Mobile (iOS & Android)

Purpose: Leave a team using the mobile app.

Steps

1. Open the mobile app.

2. Click on the team selector on the upper right. 

3. Left swipe on the team you would like to leave. 

4. Click Delete. 

5. Confirm when prompted.

Result

You are removed from the team and the team will no longer appear in your app.

Important things to know

• Leaving a team does not delete your account.

• If you were the only team admin, you may be asked to assign another admin before leaving.

• You can rejoin the team later if you receive a new invitation.
