Is the Care Navigator available to everyone?

Care Navigators are part of ianacare's premium ("ianacare PLUS") services, available through participating employers, health plans, and membership organizations, including caregivers enrolled in a GUIDE dementia caregiver program. Please check with your organization to see if you have access to being personally matched 1:1 with a Care Navigator.

You can check your eligibility any time under Settings > Benefit Provider to see if you have access through your employer, health plan, or membership organization.

Note: Navigators are available to caregivers and care recipients. Team members with the Organizer or supporter role do not have access to Navigators.
