How do I change my password?

ianacare Desktop app (accessed via web browser)

If you are already signed in, navigate to:

  • "Your Profile & Settings" -> Account Settings -> Change Password

If you are not signed in, and have forgotten your password, navigate to:

ianacare Mobile apps (iOS or Android)

If you have forgotten password, you can change by either entering your email or your phone number
